R.E.A.L. Change, is committed to helping you find your way, to releasing your dreams and potential.  As a coach, I will support you by inspiring change and breakthrough on your journey.  In our equipping events, you will be empowered to move forward at a new level of success with greater confidence.  Move out of mediocre living in the Land of Familiar, and step out to embrace your potential.  Hiring a coach or attending a group equipping event will provide opportunities for you to make all this happen and more.

In my individualized or group coaching, we will explore insights as we unwrap your potential.

My role is not to provide all the answers, but to help you discover the right answer for you. 

Qualifications:

• M. Ed. in Christian Education

• B. A. Secondary Education, English and Speech Arts

• Certified Coach Trainer, Transformational Leadership Coaching, Regent University

• Dream Giver Coach, trained by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson, author

• Co-Founder of R.E.A.L.Change, Inc.

• Educator for 34 yr. in high school English, Writing, Drama

• Dept. Head for English and Humanities, Curriculum Coordinator

• Experienced conference, women's and seminar director  and speaker

• Parent of 5 children, including home schooling years
