About Us Home | Jodi Wozniak is the co-founder and Vice President of Coaching and Equipping for REAL Change, Inc. She has been a professional Life Coach since 2002 with an expertise in life purpose discovery. As a Certified Coach Trainer for Transformational Leadership Coaching based in Virginia Beach, she trains dozens of new coaches each year. A graduate of the School of Divinity at Regent University, Jodi received an M.A. in Practical Theology with a concentration in Leadership Coaching and Counseling. Jodi also has a B.A. in Speech Communication and Theater Arts from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. She was acknowledged by Who’s Who Among College Students and is a member of Alpha Chi National Honor’s Society for outstanding academic achievement. Jodi has a decade of successful experience in women and young adult ministry. While in college she founded, Chi Rho Phi, a collegiate women’s discipleship ministry that still flourishes. | “I have always known I was called to empower others to reach their potential. Jodi Wozniak Co-Founder/ Vice-President Most recently, Jodi has created and facilitated a weekend team-building retreat for their Student Alumni Ambassadors. A highlight for Jodi is being a keynote speaker at Regents’ Homecoming, challenging the Alumni, trustees, and staff to reach their dreams. |
In 2005, after experiencing firsthand training in Dream-Giver Coaching by author Bruce Wilkinson, Jodi was selected to represent these coaches at Wilkinson’s strategic leadership meeting. During the pioneering years of Transformational Leadership Coaching, Jodi served as the Track Administrator whose responsibilities included overseeing and coordinating the coach training courses. At TLC’s first coaching conference in 2006, she was honored as one of the founding members. In the Regent University graduate community, Jodi has shared her expertise of professional coaching to an undergraduate class and has provided frequent student enrichment events for The Center for Student Development.
